Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in content creation, social media management (particularly LinkedIn), SEO, and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for storytelling and detail.
Proficiency with graphic and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
Practical knowledge of SEO and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Experience in B2B marketing within technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions industries.
Demonstrated success in managing integrated digital campaigns with measurable business impact.
Passion for innovation, curiosity about AI and technology trends, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management
Develop and manage high-quality content for web, social media, email, and sales enablement, including articles, blogs, graphics, videos, presentations, and event materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
Social Media and Digital Platform Management
Lead iMBrace’s LinkedIn marketing efforts, including content planning, community engagement, advertising campaigns, and performance optimization. Extend brand presence across other relevant platforms.
Website and SEO Optimization
Manage website content updates and enhancements with a focus on SEO best practices to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and user experience.
Campaign Development and Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels to nurture leads, support the sales funnel, and drive brand engagement.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across platforms, extract actionable insights, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and ROI maximization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to design effective marketing assets, support go-to-market activities, and ensure integrated messaging across all touchpoints.
Market and Trend Analysis
Stay informed of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to propose innovative strategies and maintain iMBrace’s thought leadership position.
