Job descriptionCall warm inbound leads to schedule counselling appointments. Follow up persistently until appointments are confirmed and attended. Secure payment and lock in time slots with our counsellors. Own the full lead journey from first enquiry through to programme enrolment. Track and improve your conversion rates weekly. 2+ years in sales , appointment setting, or customer success. Self-driven , you work independently and hit targets without hand-holding. Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin is a bonus). Own a computer + Android phone with eSIM (we provide eSIM card). Comfortable with phone-based sales conversations. Tiered commission — earn more as you hit and exceed targets. Fully remote — work from anywhere. Clear KPIs — you always know where you stand.
