Job descriptionManage one or more food or drink stalls, including setup, layout, and equipment. -Plan menus and suggest selling prices. -Set sales targets and support the team to achieve them. -Train and guide Assistants and Counter Crew. -Prepare staff duty rosters to ensure smooth daily operations. -Monitor staff performance and give feedback. -Help calculate and control food costs and raw material purchases. -Check food cost regularly to reduce waste and increase profit. -Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recipes and daily work. -Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene are always maintained. -Support quarterly food audits and take action when needed. -Give hands-on help and advice in food preparation and stall operations.
