Job descriptionGreet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and ensuring order accuracy. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, communicating any special requests or dietary needs effectively. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting tables, stocking supplies, and cleaning the dining area. Air-conditioned environment Meal allowance Leave
Requirements
- Minimum education is Secondary School
- Basic in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is essential to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Good Customer Service skills, Time Management and Communication skills.
