Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above, major in finance, familiar with local financial policies in Malaysia.
  • Having experience in finance and administrative work related to import / export
  • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Hokkien speaker are encouraged to apply
  • Must hold a valid Malaysian driver's license and use your own vehicle.
  • Highly sensitive political and religious awareness and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Work location : Klang Port (West)

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for local finance of Malaysian companies and cooperate with financial colleagues in China to handle overseas accounts.
  • Overall planning of the top-level structure of financial and administrative control system and formulation of relevant rules and regulations.
  • Be responsible for the attendance of employees, and reconcile with the labor service company at the end of the month.
  • Be responsible for the cross-cultural management and religious coordination of company employees, formulate the policy of religious care for Malaysian employees and deal with cross-cultural conflicts.
  • Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationship between the government and the outside world and solving urgent problems.
  • Assist the production manager to carry out daily warehouse management and document processing.
