SEAFREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE FOR IMPORT AND EXPORT (FREIGHT FORWARDING)
Dealing with co-loader for the arrival notice
Prepare arrival notice, data entry, correction manifest, e-DO, do billing and costing
Email communication with oversea agent for pre-alert on all shipment
Liaise with local customer for arrival shipment, dutiable shipment and delivery status
Arrange truck for delivery of required
EXPORT
Email communication with oversea agent and local customer for the new booking shipment
Responsible to book shipment with liner (FCL) and co-loader (LCL)
Prepare booking confirmation , HBL and send to local customer
Send pre-alert, do billing and costing
Requirements :
Knowledge in Forwarding Industry.
At least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Logistic / Transportation or equivalent
Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaborative with the overall business management skills
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (forwarding, transportation and freight industry)
