About the role

Capcon Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial advice and guidance to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
Analysing clients' financial situations and providing personalised recommendations for investment, insurance, and other financial products
Educating clients on financial concepts, products, and services to empower them to make informed decisions
Tracking client portfolios and providing regular updates and performance reviews
Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments to ensure the delivery of high-quality advice
Collaborating with the broader team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial consultant or client-facing role

Proven track record of providing exceptional financial advice and achieving client satisfaction

Strong understanding of financial products, investments, insurance, and regulations in the banking and financial services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients

Ability to analyse complex financial information and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional development

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
