Job description

Duties & Responsibilities :

To perform maintenance and repair of machines and troubleshoot machines fault for all section including heat treatment dept.
Performs routine checking, improve and implement scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to breakdown.
Maintain proper documentation for all preventative maintenance and any other repair works.

To regular update the following report :

Update machine master list

Machine service and repair cost

Assist to assembly components parts to create new products according to customer specifications

To supervise the contractor to compete the job safely with high quality, and make sure they comply with the safety rules and regulation.

Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, install equipment, replacing light bulbs & etc.

Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. air conditioner)

Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)

Able to work independently as well as good team player.

Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to supervisor / manager.

To apply safety and health practice.
