Senior Java Backend Developer

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor backend engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices. Stay hands-on with Java (Spring Boot), driving high-quality, scalable backend solutions. Oversee code quality, peer reviews, and repository governance. Champion modern frameworks, cloud adoption, and CI / CD implementation. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional leaders to align delivery with strategic goals. What We’re Looking For

10+ years of Java backend development experience (Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs). 5+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role. Deep knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL); NoSQL experience is a plus. Proven exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD. Excellent communication, mentoring, and team development skills. What’s On Offer
