Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum education is Secondary School or higher with Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
  • Able to converse in both Mandarin and English
  • Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Monitor & manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and related logistics for the Director
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support daily operations
