Responsibilities
- Monitoring production process and output, arranging production schedule, and supervising workers.
- Check production output according to product specifications.
- Manage utilization of plant equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet key performance targets and objectives.
- Improve production yield and production efficiency; prevent equipment downtime.
- Train, develop, guide and motivate all direct subordinates in the Production Operation Department.
