CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

As the Corporate Communication Manager at MST Golf Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's corporate communication strategy. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will play a key role in enhancing the company's brand reputation and managing all internal and external communication activities.

What you'll be doing

Lead the organization's communications team in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to ensure unified, consistent, and positive messaging that defines and promotes the corporate identity and mission.

Plan and deliver effective corporate and media communication programs, including organizing media interviews, press events, and other initiatives to promote the corporate image.

Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communication materials, including but not limited to media releases, speeches, messages, articles, announcements, notices, and other forms of communication.

Manage relationships with local and regional media.

Utilize media monitoring tools and analytics to identify opportunities and manage communication gaps.

Plan, lead, and manage expectations for corporate and business-related events across the Group.

Review event-related materials to ensure appropriateness and maximize benefits for the Group.

Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and participate in investor relations roadshows and related activities.

Support the Group’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) matters.

Oversee the production of integrated and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with industry and international best practices.

Provide support to other functions within Group Corporate Communications, as needed.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communication

What we're looking for

A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related disciplines.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communication and media relations. Knowledge of golf industry is an added advantage.

Solid understanding of public relations, media practices, and communication strategy implementation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills

Proficient in content creation, website management, and social media marketing
