E2E Supply Chain Planner (12 Months Contract)

Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process including :

• Portfolio management review : drive new product introduction and SKU rationalization.
• Demand review : create unbiased customer demand forecasts over a 36-month planning horizon.
• Supply review : manage supply to balance customer service level, inventory carrying cost, and product quality.
• Integrated reconciliation : identify and propose action plans to resolve gaps vs. targets (volume and values).
• Management business review : align demand / supply plan to meet market opportunities and challenges.

Orchestrate with cross-functional teams to capture external market dynamics and internal business insights, identifying end-to-end opportunities to accelerate customer experience, business growth, profit improvement, innovation, and end-to-end supply reliability and agility. Connect with regional / global supply chain teams to provide local operating company (LOC) input and cascade regional / global supply chain strategy to the LOC.

Logistics, Compliance, and Data

Collaborate with distributors to fulfill patient needs by balancing distributor inventory at branches and supporting ad-hoc problem solving. Manage market authorizations (MA), import / export quotas and licenses, especially for Controlled Substances. Create / change product master data in SAP ERP, Anaplan, OMP and other systems.

Performance Management

Manage key performance indicators (KPI) for the end-to-end supply chain, including cost, service, quality, and compliance.

Job Requirements

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) :

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related major.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain. Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector is a plus.

Experience with SAP ERP, OMP project management, and advanced analytical tools is a plus.

Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
