Sales Executive

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to support our growing business in the building materials sector.

You will manage customer relationships, handle day-to-day sales operations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. This role suits someone proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable with both sales execution and customer servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and customer follow‑ups.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure good customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support customers on product customization, order status, delivery arrangements, and after‑sales matters.
• Liaise with internal teams (purchasing, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Assist in resolving any operational or coordination issues raised by clients.
• Prepare sales documents : quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and weekly reports.
• Track sales performance, monitor customer activity, and update CRM / records accurately.
• Provide basic market or customer feedback to support internal decision‑making.
