IT Technician Specialist

Overview

Join to apply for the IT Technician Specialist role at Nord-Lock Group . This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is part of the Impossibly Fast team with members in the KL office and across the SEA region, with the aim to support, challenge and develop each other daily. The role is locally employed with a dotted line report to the General Manager SEA & Taiwan, and a central report to the IT Operation Manager. It acts as the interface between the local organization and global IT. Local IT support and administration tasks (including remote support for other APAC countries) are the top priority, with opportunities to participate in other IT tasks and global IT projects to understand global systems. The role will work with our new tenant 21Vianet; the administrator should be familiar with managing user accounts, groups, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies within the 21Vianet tenant.

Key Tasks

• Manage all IT infrastructure and devices and provide daily IT support
• Implement global standards and projects locally on behalf of the IT department
• Capture local requirements / needs and communicate them to global IT for solutions
• Provide expertise support for other APAC countries remotely
• Other tasks assigned by the Company
