P2P Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of P2P crypto exchange to ensure the stability and efficiency of the platform.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with buyers, sellers, and payment service providers to ensure platform liquidity and market depth.
- Drive new user participation and existing user activity, increasing platform transaction volume and market share.
- Monitor and analyze OTC platform trading data, timely identifying and solving trading bottlenecks to improve the platform trading experience.
- Based on market demand and user feedback, propose innovative functional requirements and optimize the platform interface, payment process, and transaction mechanism.
- Conduct regular user satisfaction surveys and propose improvement plans to enhance user experience and platform reputation.
- Compliance and risk Control :
Ensure OTC platforms operate in compliance with local laws and regulations, especially anti‑money laundering (AML) and customer identity verification (KYC).
Work with compliance and risk control teams to monitor trading activity and identify and prevent potential market manipulation, fraud, and other risks.Provide and improve risk control measures in the OTC trading process to ensure the fund safety of platform users.Customer support and operation :Provide efficient customer support to help solve technical or financial problems encountered by users during transactions.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure that customer problems are dealt with in a timely manner, improving customer satisfaction and user loyalty.Continuously optimize the customer service process, improve response speed and service quality, ensuring the good operation of the platform.Organize operational activities to continuously improve buyer and seller engagement and new customer transaction activation.Data analysis and report :Collect and analyze the transaction data and user behavior on the platform, discovering trends and proposing suggestions for improvement.
Provide operational reports, track the platform's operational indicators, and support management in strategic decisions.Based on data analysis, promote continuous business optimization, improving platform transaction activity and user engagement.Overseas merchant operations; leading the growth of overseas merchant transaction volume and daily merchant communication.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, information technology, or related field preferred.More than 3 years of experience in P2P operation of cryptocurrency exchange.Familiar with P2P platform transaction processes, cryptocurrency market characteristics, and relevant regulations, with strong market analysis and competition analysis abilities.Strong sense of risk control, familiar with legal requirements such as KYC and AML, and capable of identifying and preventing potential risks.Excellent customer service awareness and the ability to solve complex customer needs, improving platform user satisfaction.Fluent in English & Chinese with good cross‑cultural communication skills and team spirit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
