We are representing our client; a proud subsidiary under a prestigious conglomerate in Laos and that have been around for almost 50 years. As they continue to expand with the newly established subsidiary in investment holding, they are seeking for a Project Manager to join the team
Job Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals.Facilitate project meetings, providing status updates and addressing challenges proactively.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.Monitor and track project performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.Reporting & Documentation
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and change management records.Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, key milestones, and budget utilization.Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement practices for future projectsJob Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferredMin 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, IT, finance, manufacturingProven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelineExperience working with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or TrelloStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Benefits and Other Info :
