With 30+ years of experience as a Main Contractor in Building Construction, we aspire in improving and enhancing our TEAM in growing with the Company.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated team player to join us.

Scope of Work :

  • Manage daily M&E operations at site.
  • Superimpose drawings and coordinate with Subcon / NSC.
  • Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M&E works.
  • Plans and coordinates M&E work with C&S and architectural Team.
  • Supervise M&E works, including monitoring of work progress and quality control.
  • Chair subcon meeting and attend all clients meetings.
  • Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M&E works.
  • Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M&E works.
  • Prepares as-built drawings for M&E works.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in M&E Field & 3 Year(s) in Coordination works
  • Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical)
  • Proactive, Responsible, Independent and Passionate
  • Able to prioritize work
  • Do not mind working location and long hours (Klang Valley, KL)
  • Required Skill(s) : Read Drawings, M&E Technical Skills, Autocad
