Project Manager
Enko Education is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our central team for a 3 to 6-month mission, starting ASAP. This is an opportunity to shape student experience across Africa by coordinating projects such as study trips and extra-curricular activities (ECAs).

What you’ll do
ECAs : Coordinate the creation of exciting Catalogues of Activities for our schoolsAnimate and support a network of ECA Leads across the groupOversee communications and ensure smooth implementation of activitiesLaunch and monitor audits of ECA activities to refine and enrich the offerPropose creative ways to boost student and parent engagementStudent Trips : Prepare and launch study trips for 2026; identify and liaise with travel agencies, negotiate pricing, and manage contractsCoordinate the communication plans with ECA leadsProject Management & Cross-Functional Support : Act as project manager or contributor on ad-hoc strategic projects; collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of key initiativesRequirements
Bilingual French / English (written and spoken)Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a rigorous follow-up mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset and proficiency with Google SheetsComfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools such as Asana)Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholdersCreative, proactive, and independent, with a passion for delivering high-quality projectsExperience in education, travel, or event coordination is a plusPractical Information
