About the Role We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our B2B mobile accessories operations at South City Plaza. This is a key leadership position managing dual retail spaces - a REMAX brand showroom and a wholesale distribution center serving business clients across Malaysia. Key Responsibilities Operations Management - Manage two connected retail spaces (Ground Floor showroom and Lower Ground wholesale center)

  • Oversee daily B2B operations in a wholesale-focused plaza environment
  • Coordinate between showroom displays and warehouse inventory
  • Ensure smooth product flow and availability for business clients Team Leadership - Lead and manage retail staff across both locations
  • Conduct staff training and development programs
  • Plan and allocate human resources effectively
  • Handle staff scheduling and performance management Inventory and Space Management - Optimize inventory levels within limited space constraints
  • Coordinate stock allocation between showroom and warehouse areas
  • Implement efficient storage and display systems
  • Monitor product turnover and reorder requirements Customer Relations - Serve B2B clients with professional product knowledge
  • Provide pricing guidance and product recommendations
  • Maintain relationships with wholesale customers
  • Support sales team during client visits and presentations Business Development - Drive revenue growth through effective operations management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Requirements Essential Qualifications - Minimum 3-5 years management experience in retail / wholesale operations

  • Strong knowledge of mobile accessories (cables, chargers, power banks, power strips)
  • Experience in B2B sales environment preferred
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership Skills and Competencies - Excellent product knowledge and pricing awareness
  • Strong inventory management skills
  • Leadership and staff development capabilities
  • Customer service excellence in B2B environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin preferred Personal Attributes - Results-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Adaptable to unique operating hours and environment
  • Professional demeanor suitable for B2B interactions
  • Ability to work independently and handle challenges Working Conditions - Operating Hours : 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 30 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Location : South City Plaza (wholesale-focused business environment)
  • Reporting : Direct reporting to Sales Director Compensation Package - Base Salary : RM 4,000 per month
  • Car Allowance : RM 800 per month
  • Mobile Allowance : RM 200 per month
  • Performance Commission : Attractive commission structure based on monthly collections
