Job description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Toys Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for toys, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create an enjoyable shopping experience for children and their families. This role involves assisting customers, managing stock, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and safe store environment.

Working place : Subang Bestari / Kota Damansara

Customer Service & Sales :

  • Greet and assist customers with product recommendations.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on toys, games, and children's products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a friendly manner.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.

Stock Management & Merchandising :

  • Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing new inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

    • Store Maintenance & Safety :

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, especially in play or demo areas.
  • Ensure all toys are in good condition and meet safety standards.

    • Promotions & Events :

  • Assist in organizing in-store events, toy demonstrations, and seasonal promotions.
  • Engage customers in interactive play and product trials.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
