The role

We’re looking for a Career Success Associate to join our Experience team. If you enjoy working with people, are passionate about education and nation-building, and want to help learners land jobs and build better careers — this is for you.

This is an associate-level role that blends career support, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and community building. You’ll work closely with learners, employers, alumni, and internal teams to ensure each individual has the tools and guidance to move confidently into their next opportunity.

The responsibilities

• Support learners with CV reviews, job applications, and career storytelling.
• Conduct mock interviews and coach learners on answering questions with confidence.
• Help learners build job search strategies that suit their background and goals.
• Provide networking tips and guidance to connect them with relevant professionals.
• Employer & Partner Engagement

Research and identify employers and organisations aligned with our mission.

Help build and maintain our alumni database with updated employment data.

Support learners in securing internship and job placement.

Track learner progress, placement outcomes, and engagement.
