Special Needs Teacher

We’re looking for caring and committed individuals to join our team as Special Needs Teacher. In this role, you'll work directly with children with autism and other developmental needs—both in therapy sessions and in schools as a Shadow Aide—to help them thrive using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 1 : 1 or group therapy sessions using ABA methods.
- Support children in developing communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.
- Assist students in school settings to stay engaged and follow their learning goals.
- Monitor and report on each child’s progress.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapy teams to ensure consistency.
