Financial Oversight & Reporting : Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flows and financial reports; monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and prepare regular updates on financial performance and risks for senior management and stakeholders
Cost Control & Optimization : Implement cost control procedures, identify cost-saving opportunities, review contracts for compliance, and ensure accurate project billing and cost / revenue alignment.
Forecasting & Risk Management : Conduct detailed cost and sales forecasts, update projections based on changing conditions, identify potential financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Project Tracking & Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers to track milestones, deliverables, and timelines; assist in preparing schedules, resource plans, and addressing budget-related opportunities or threats.
Process Improvement : Maintain accurate project documentation, enhance project management processes, and contribute to system improvements for greater efficiency.
Ad Hoc Tasks & Management Support : Support management with ad hoc projects, reporting requirements, and ensuring all financial aspects align with organizational goals and standards.
What It Takes
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, PMP) are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project control or financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction, with proficiency in project management software, financial tools, and SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and documentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
