Job descriptionPlan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns specifically for agent / distributor recruitment. Develop digital content, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials to attract new agents / distributors. Organise and support agent recruitment events, webinars, roadshows, and onboarding sessions. Identify and engage with the target audience through social media platforms, partnerships, and community outreach. Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging and branding initiatives. Track and analyze recruitment campaign performance using data and analytics tools. Assist in creating agent recruitment kits, presentation decks, and training materials.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in administration, marketing, sales. (Fresh graduates with passion for sales & marketing are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Insta, TikTok Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with direct selling or MLM industry will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and attend events if required.
