Overview

New recruitment is opened as a property consultant with M.I.G REALTY. You determine your own income based on your own effort. You may join as a registered REN with your own REN TAG. Training is provided online and offline, and commissions are earned based on performance. This role emphasizes flexible working hours and opportunities to gain experience in property sales, leasing, and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Attend the NCC 2-day seminar to qualify for REN TAG registration.
  • Register as a REN and, once TAG is obtained, perform property sales, rentals, and related activities legally under the agency.
  • Engage with clients, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the Owner / Principal of the agency.
  • Participate in ongoing training (online & offline) and adhere to applicable laws (AMLA) to avoid unauthorized broker activity.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold agency standards as a licensed property professional.

  • Experience Level :

  • Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Nationality : Malaysians Only
  • All Genders; own transport (motorcycle preferred)
