Job descriptionOperating Systems : RHEL 7 / 8 (installation, tuning, security hardening). Middleware : JBoss EAP, Oracle WebLogic (deployment, clustering, JVM tuning). Messaging : IBM MQ administration, Kafka setup & monitoring. Scripting : Bash, Shell, or Python for automation. Tools : Ansible, Nagios / Zabbix / Prometheus, Git. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for collaboration with application and infrastructure teams. Ability to work under pressure in production support environments. Experience with containerization (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain RHEL servers in physical and virtualized environments.
- Administer and manage middleware platforms including JBoss EAP and Oracle WebLogic Server .
- Manage messaging systems : IBM MQ (queues, channels, security) and Apache Kafka (brokers, topics, partitions).
- Perform system and application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Plan and apply OS and middleware patches / upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Monitor system health, capacity, and security using appropriate tools.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using shell scripting or Ansible.
- Work with application teams for deployment and environment configuration.
- Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and failover readiness.
- Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
