Kimberly-Clark Malaysia Management Trainee Program

The Kimberly-Clark Malaysia Management Trainee Program is designed to develop young, driven talents into future leaders who will shape the direction of our business. Over the course of 1–2 years, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll be challenged to grow, lead, and innovate. We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are passionate about making a difference and delivering better care for a better world.

Who Are We Looking For

A bachelor’s degree on-track to a minimum of 2nd class upper honours

Fresh graduate, or those with maximum 1 year of working experience

Active and track record of non-academic co-curricular activities

Clear career orientation

Good vision and leadership potential

Able to work independently and as a team player

Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
