Title Exchange Customer Engineer (Mandarin language is mandatory along with skill sets)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in Exchange infrastructure, administration and design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Exchange Server management, administration, migration, and architecture, as well as expertise in Exchange Online administration and migration. This role requires a deep understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based email systems, and the ability to implement and manage complex Exchange environments. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical, non-technical and leadership contacts at customers.

Responsibilities
Provide Exchange Server management, administration, migration, and architecture for on-premises, hybrid, and Exchange Online environments.Engage with customers and leadership to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.Skills Required
5+ years experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and / or government customer base, advanced troubleshooting and SharePoint customization and development.BA / BS (or higher) in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to customers.Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on premises, hybrid, and online Exchange environment and solutions.Proven track record maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Advanced experience managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience planning and executing migrations from legacy email systems to Exchange Server.Knowledge and experience developing migration strategies and timelines to minimize downtime and disruption.Experience performing data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.Knowledge and experience planning and executing migrations from on-premises Exchange Server to Exchange Online.Experience providing post-migration support and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Experience with email retention and compliance solutions.Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.Optional Skills
