Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform a demonstration of the cloud solution to a potential client.
  • Document business requirements and translate them into specific functionality within the system.
  • Configure and customize client environments to develop a proof of concept and present solutions to client executives and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in data migration tasks.
  • Build and execute the project plan.
  • Form the solution and translate it to configuration requirements; to lead a business process session.
  • Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for clients.
  • Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client’s business process requirements.
  • Implement new feature rollouts and functionality to scale clients’ business needs.
  • Develop client reports and / or saved searches.
  • Provide client training and configuration sessions.
  • Provide product support by researching and interpreting information in a way that clients can understand.
  • Advise clients on business processes and compliance with best practices in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain dialogue and relationships with TEIBTO’s clients at the location throughout any services engagement, and beyond, with the goal of developing additional service opportunities for any client.
  • Ensuring all proposals are authorized by the PS Manager prior to submission and in accordance with TEIBTO standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 3–7 years of experience in business application and ERP implementation project management with a consulting firm or software provider.
  • Experience in NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage or any ERP systems will be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel is desirable.
  • A great attitude and being a team player is essential.
