Ecommerce Content & Design Executive

Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM3,500

About Us

We are a growing home appliances e-commerce company, dedicated to delivering the best online shopping experience. To support our expansion, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Ecommerce Content & Design Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :

Revamp and maintain Shopee store design, ensuring a professional and attractive store layout.
Design and optimize product images, banners, and promotional visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Upload and manage new product listings on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product information (descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing) is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Work with the team to improve store branding, user experience, and overall visual identity.
Monitor product performance and suggest creative improvements for content and design.
Assist in creating engaging content for e-commerce campaigns and promotions.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.

Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) is an added advantage.

Strong eye for design, detail-oriented, and creative mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
