Job description

Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Engineering or IT related field or with some IT related knowledge
No experience needed as training will be provided but applicant with customer service experience in Call Centre environment will be an advantage
Good data entry and typing skills will be helpful
Inbound and 5 days work week with allowance paid for remote weekend support

Responsibility

To be the 1st touch point for all incident logs from clients

To be passionate in providing the needful phone support in meeting customer's experience

To provide end to end solutions for every incident logs

To be multitask with commitment towards individual and team's KPI or objective

To be fast learner and willing to learn
