Overview

The Lead Clinical Specialist for Ultrasound Digital role drives innovation in healthcare through the successful adoption and implementation of advanced ultrasound digital technology solutions. This position requires expertise in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care applications. The Lead Clinical Specialist will lead a team, ensuring timely project deployment, while providing clinical support, training, and insights to healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of ultrasound digital technology and continuously explore innovative applications in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care settings. Collaborate with the R&D team to provide clinical insights for the development of cutting-edge ultrasound solutions.
• Take ownership of project timelines and ensure successful deployment of ultrasound digital solutions within healthcare facilities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and meet project milestones on time.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of clinical specialists with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing professional development to enhance the team\'s expertise.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the listed specialties. Understand evolving clinical needs and challenges to offer tailored product recommendations and support strategies.
• Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams, external partners, and end-users, ensuring proficiency in utilizing our ultrasound technology. Encourage innovative training methodologies.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of our ultrasound digital solutions.
• Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training at global events for various ultrasound IT products.
• Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.
• Provide expert clinical support to medical staff during initial implementation and throughout the product lifecycle. Leverage your background in the listed specialties to offer valuable insights and guidance.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to provide clinical feedback, ensuring products align with specialty requirements. Participate in clinical studies and trials to validate product efficacy and safety.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics related to ultrasound technology. Provide strategic input for marketing and sales strategies.
