Job description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, foreign worker administration, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll & Statutory Contributions
- Process monthly payroll for foreign workers accurately and on time according to the company's payroll schedule.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (e.g., SOCSO, PCB) and handle annual income tax filing for foreign workers in compliance with Malaysian tax laws.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions.
Foreign Worker Administration
Manage end-to-end foreign worker matters, including passport and permit renewals, FWCMS coordination, and general compliance with immigration regulations.Assist with HRDF-related documentation and reporting.Access & Facility Management
Handle issuance and tracking of employee access cards.Coordinate hostel permit renewals and ensure all required documentation is in place.Insurance & Licensing
Oversee vehicle insurance renewals for company vehicles (e.g., lorries, company cars).Manage CIDB registration or renewal processes as required.Employee Support & General Administration
Provide basic counselling and support to staffs on work-related and personal matters to promote well-being and workplace harmony.Carry out any ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by management.Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.Preferably 2 years of working experience in payroll and human resources.Experience in using the HR system such as Million is an advantage.Meticulous and responsible.Take initiative and have a positive attitude.Job Type : Full-time
