Job descriptionStrategic-level projects : Deeply engaged in the company’s globalization strategy and creation of international brand influence. Small team with high visibility : Work closely with senior brand decision-makers with direct impact. Responsible for designing and building the brand visual system for Ant International, leveraging business and industry insights to establish a globally competitive brand identity (including logo, VI, and brand asset management). Apply systematic thinking to analyze and summarize visual brand characteristics for different regions; manage and optimize visual assets to ensure brand consistency and high-standard quality across all online and offline channels worldwide. Collaborate and manage suppliers and partners efficiently, provide clear professional direction and advice, and ensure quality control for consistent and continuous brand output. Deliver high-standard, industry-leading creative design work that supports business objectives and demonstrates professional skill and innovation. Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Design, or related disciplines; outstanding sense of aesthetics, international perspective, modern and youthful style (portfolio required). 3‑5+ years of experience in Internet or design companies; proficient in PS, AI, and other design software; capable of independently delivering high-quality logos and brand systems. English communication skills, able to work effectively with international teams. Extensive experience in building and implementing brand visual systems from scratch. Excellent working English proficiency (global work environment). Experience in design for payment or financial products. Led well-known projects or won prestigious design awards, both domestic and international. Proven experience and successful cases in overseas advertising / design and multilingual version design.
