Accountant

Recruitment Consultant @Manpower Group Malaysia – Local Language Team

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the head office / holding.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations including SST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Track inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS), and coordinate with operations team on stock movements and variances.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Support financial analysis for pricing, promotions, and operational efficiency.
