We're looking for a Level 1.5 Technical Support Technician, someone who can go beyond the basics to troubleshoot deeper technical issues, support user environments, and assist in maintaining IT systems. What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide frontline and advanced desktop support to internal users and clients
- Handle hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
- Support cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks (user account creation, group permissions, etc.)
- Assist with routine server checks, patching schedules, and documentation updates
- Escalate complex incidents to L2 / L3 teams with clear handover notes
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Work closely with Level 2 team on projects and deployments
Your Skills & Experience :
1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk rolesStrong troubleshooting ability across Windows 10 / 11, Office 365, and standard business appsWorking knowledge of Active Directory, DNS / DHCP, and basic networking conceptsExperience supporting remote users via RDP, VPN, or remote desktop toolsExcellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ConnectWise, Freshservice)Bonus : Exposure to MDM tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), or scripting (PowerShell)Why Work With Us?
