Role Description
- Conduct live selling sessions on assigned e-commerce platforms as per the scheduled timetable.
- Present products in an engaging, persuasive, and professional manner to drive sales.
- Interact with viewers during live sessions, answer inquiries, and encourage purchases.
- Follow assigned live session schedules, including night sessions as required.
- Prepare product information, key selling points, and promotional highlights before each live session.
- Assist as a backend administrator during scheduled times by monitoring live session performance.
- Report to the E-commerce Admin Officer regarding low stock levels promptly.
- Set flash sale prices on platforms according to approvals given by the Team Leader.
- Set up the live streaming studio daily, ensuring equipment, lighting, and product displays are ready.
- Clean up and organize the studio after each live session to maintain a professional workspace.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to improve live selling strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with online audiences and address inquiries effectively.Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to build rapport and maintain audience interest.Familiarity with live‑streaming platforms and promotional strategies is advantageous.Seniority level
