【Job Description】

• Manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for TikTok
• Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, ensuringeffective communication and collaboration to maximize campaign performance, including planning monthly affiiate marketing plan, collecting influencers' feedback on products etc.
• Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to identtify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in affiliate marketing, implementing best practices to enhance the program's effectiveness.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, prodiuct, and analytics, to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
