Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API design
• Solid experience in API development, integration, and optimization
• Proficiency in SQL / NoSQL databases and database performance tuning
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and drive best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling scalable, distributed systems
