Job Responsibilities
Responsible for payroll system back-end development with PythonConceptualize, design, implement and grow a portfolio of software, web applications, and products that underpin our key business linesAssist in making intelligent choices of tools and technologies to include in our stacksLend your experience to continuously improving our processes and methodologiesCollaborate with some of the brightest HR, recruitment and HR technology specialists in the field to create an environment where we can do business today the way our competitors will want to do business tomorrowEngage with clients and stakeholders in a helpful and charming mannerProvide timing / scheduling estimates to team leader and propose corrective actions to timelines when necessaryReview designs, code, unit test and technical documentation created by other developers.Design, develop, test, install and support programs / systems in line with agreed requirementsAssist with the analysis of requirements and the development of recommendations as to the systems approach to followJob Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent2+ years of experience in cloud-based HRM / HRIS / HRMS / HCM and payroll software developmentProven track record of using SQL and Python (Django) / Python (Flask), preferably in ETL, data integration and transformation projectsWell versed in Git and APIKnowledge in TypeScript, React JS, Node.js, SQL, API, Git will be a plusSeniority Level
