We are implementing a new ERP system (IFS) to strengthen our business operations and drive digital transformation. To ensure a successful rollout, we are looking for a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the project from planning to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the IFS ERP implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, IFS vendor, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Support, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and effective change management.
• Oversee user training, documentation, and adoption to ensure business continuity post go-live.
