Arch Consulting is Malaysia’s growing HRDC / HRDF training provider. Since 2019, we’ve been running team building, leadership retreats, corporate trainings, and customised learning programs that help organisations unlock human potential. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and take our brand presence to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and email.
  • Own and grow our social media presence (you’ll get creative freedom).
  • Create scroll-stopping content that actually gets engagement.
  • Dive into analytics — track what’s working, tweak what’s not.
  • Work with the team to turn ideas into strategies that drive results.

Qualifications

  • You’ve got skills in social media & digital marketing .
  • You can write well, communicate clearly, and tell a story.
  • You’re comfortable creating content for different platforms.
  • You’re curious about analytics and how to use data to improve results.
  • You can work independently but also thrive in a team.
  • Bonus points if you’ve played with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Mailchimp.

    • If you’re pursuing or have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or something related — even better. Fresh grads are welcome too!
