Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst who is proficient in English, adept at gathering requirements, and has coding experience to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of production systems by handling and resolving technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
  • Design and develop system solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to implement and enhance system functionalities.
  • Provide support during system deployment and post-implementation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of system processes, user manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance systems.
  • Provide timely and effective support for production systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage and resolve issues through the ticketing system, prioritizing and escalating as necessary.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor production systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Value Added : Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and familiarity with development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Analytical skills to investigate and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willing to travel to US for 2 months at least in the future.
  • Proven experience in a production support and requirement gap fit analysis , with a strong ability to manage ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with support frameworks.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools or production environments (optional but beneficial).

    • This role is ideal for candidates who have a problem-solving mindset and are passionate about ensuring system reliability.
