Technician (Aircond)

To manage the overall aircond facilities and installations in the campus.

To respond immediately on the aircond complaint and problems.

To assist in making periodic inspection on all the appliances / facilities.

To ensure all the report been submitted to Building & Facilities Manager on the premise facilities state.

To assist the maintenance works as and when required.

To perform other duties as and when directed by the superior.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a STPM or SPM.

Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity and preferably with experience in building maintenance and it will be good if the candidate has the wiring experiences.

Must have experience in troubleshoot or repairing air-cond.

Willing to work on weekends.

Must be able to speak and write in English / Bahasa Malaysia.

Must be positive and have a good working attitude.
