Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Facebook Ads & Marketing specialist
(WFH) to lead our Facebook advertising efforts and support the marketing team. This hybrid
role combines campaign execution, performance tracking, team coordination, and operational
support — all fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook Ads Management
Oversee the setup, QA, and launch of Facebook ad campaigns
Monitor daily ad performance and provide optimization plans (budget adjustments, bidding
strategies, creatives)
Identify underperforming ad sets or creatives and provide action plans
Manage Facebook ad accounts and coordinate with external vendors
Team & Workflow Management
Conduct structured daily and weekly check-ins with team members
Onboard and train new team members and support ongoing training
Establish, update, and enforce SOPs and campaign workflows
Review internal tasks, documents, and flag critical issues to leadership
Marketing Support
Provide basic technical support and assist with data entry
Communicate with internal and external teams (Slack, email, etc.)
Update performance reports and maintain clear documentation
Requirements
Own a personal laptop / computer with stable internet access
Proficient in Google Sheets (previous experience preferred)
Basic English communication required
Flexible and adaptable to work conditions
Able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Flexible working mindset and ability to adapt to business needs
Training Provided
On-the-job training will be provided, especially in Facebook campaign management,
performance reporting, and team collaboration. As you grow in the role, you may also take on
responsibilities in training

Pay : RM4, RM4,200.00 per month
