About the role
Chuan Luck Piling & Constructions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team in Senai, Johor. As a Safety Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees on construction sites. This is a 6-month contract position, and you will be based in Senai, Johor.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
- Implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Providing safety training and education to construction workers to promote a strong safety culture
- Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to safety activities and performance
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to continuously improve safety standards and practices
