Requirements

  • Min. education requirement : Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Effective time management & ability to multitask.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

As our Account Executive Cum Admin, your job responsibilities are as such but not limited to;

  • Handle a full set of accounts.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
  • Submit management report as per dateline.
  • Update monthly ageing report.
  • Update daily income sales & performance.
  • Assist superior when required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
  • Handle day-to-day operations of accounting records & filling
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
