Position Description :

We are seeking at Lenovo Malaysia for our Global Accounts division an Inside Sales Representative handling Various Asean Market for Global Accounts. We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team. The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess superb telephone etiquette.

A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must, self-driven, acquisition mindset, upselling and cross-selling skills. This position will be responsible for end to end sales cycle which include uncovering opportunities, generate quotations and bids approval, pipeline managements and customer experiences.

The individual need to carry sales quota and good track record of hitting sales target assigned. g the benefits of the full ranges of Lenovo products and selling against the competition, where upselling and cross selling is essential. Inside Sales Representatives is responsible for quotation, opportunity identifications, end to end selling process and maintaining good customer experiences. Proactive follow-up, good product Knowledge and able to sell via phone and maintain good customer coverage.

Inside Sales Account Representatives will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, pipeline hygiene (3 x to quota), highly motivated and self-driven, able to work under fast moving / dynamic environment.

Position Requirements

• Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Other dialects of Southeast Asia could be a benefit.
• Bachelor degree in any field with at least 3 to 5 years sales experiences in IT or any related industry
• Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software
• A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals
