As we embark on our journey to become an internationally recognised name, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Brand & Creative to assist in the expansion of our brand world and elevate our market presence globally.

Job Purpose

As the Senior Executive Brand & Creative, you will assist in shaping, building, and amplifying the brand identity of a forward-thinking, bold snack startup. This role requires a visionary who thrives on crafting compelling narratives, driving innovative campaigns, and building deep connections with audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development & Strategy
  • Define and evolve the brand’s DNA, ensuring alignment with bold, forward-thinking principles and international market expectations.

  • Craft and curate brand narratives that resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Partner with founders and leadership to translate the company’s vision into impactful brand and creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and operations—to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and execute dynamic brand strategies that balance short-term growth with long-term equity building.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for brand expansion and diversification.
  • Drive market and consumer research to uncover insights, shaping strategies that resonate with target audiences and identifying new opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial / Sales Manager to support brand and marketing strategies across all sales channels, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Global Brand Marketing
  • Manage and oversee global brand marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all regions (currently 3-5 core markets and growing).

  • Ensure all marketing campaigns and activities are aligned with the brand’s equity and strategic objectives.
  • Handle day-to-day management of media channels and consumer-facing brand communications.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives, leveraging market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour data.
  • Product Launches
  • Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new product developments (NPD), ensuring successful awareness and adoption.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage the entire lifecycle of product launches from ideation to post-launch analysis.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the product portfolio to assess performance and identify actions such as discontinuing underperforming products, eliminating overlaps, repositioning, re-launching, or adjusting pricing strategies.
  • Community Building & Partnerships
  • Grow the brand community through strategic outreach and partnerships with other brands, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and relevant stakeholders.

  • Foster strong relationships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Content Creation & Digital Presence
  • Lead the creation of captivating, thumb-stopping content across all digital platforms, particularly social media.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to ensure the brand remains relevant, fresh, and inspiring.
  • Drive the development of multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, and interactive content, to engage and grow the brand’s digital audience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media and digital content creation.
  • Manage the brand’s voice and aesthetic across platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the brand team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Enhance the marketing capabilities of team members through training and development initiatives.
  • Promote a collaborative environment where ideas thrive, and the brand\'s vision is realised through collective effort.
  • Qualifications

    Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, Design or a related field.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG, consumer goods or snack industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands in international markets.
  • Experienced in leading and managing teams and working on projects across departments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
